Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Chefs Shop will allow return/exchange of products in following cases:
1.Wrong order (wrong product related issues)
3.Damaged product (reported within 72 hours of delivery via mail to email@example.com along with the image and video of the damaged product and packaging pictures.)
4.Product different from the description
But we are not able to accept returns in following cases:
1.Product is used/worn or altered (Restocking charge (30% of the original price) will be applied in case you wanted to return the used/worn product)
2.Physical damage to the box or to the product
3.If returned without original packaging and accessories
4.If sealed package of branded products is open
In case of Return/Replacement, following conditions should satisfy:
1.Product must be in its original condition
2.Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
3.The complaint should be raised within maximum 7 days after receiving the product.
4.Replacements will be made if product is available on website or else we’ll refund the amount.

Contact us at our helpline number and provide Order ID details or even put a return request on your dashboard after login into chefs shop.
For any technical issues, we will first try to resolve them, a tech support team will contact you, and even after the issue is not resolved, we will return/exchange our product.
Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing, and invoice along with the product.
In case you want to cancel your order, you need to call our helpline number or email at firstname.lastname@example.org at any point in time before the product is shipped. After shipment the order can not be canceled, it will be RTO.
Chefs Shop may also want to cancel order under following scenarios:
1. Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
2. Non-serviceable locations
3. Restriction on quantity ordered
4. Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
5. Incomplete or inaccurate address
In case, the customer opted for COD options, then before accepting the order we require additional information from the customer for verification. After verification, Chefs Shop can cancel orders if there is any discrepancy in the information provided by the customer.
